The lobby is the first thing every resident and every viewing sees. Common areas are judged constantly and by everyone, which is why they suit a fixed schedule rather than an occasional push.
What it covers
Lobbies and entry glass. Corridors and stairwells. Elevator interiors and door tracks. Mailbox walls. Shared laundry rooms, including the machine fronts and the folding surfaces. Trash room floors.
How it works
Usually a set schedule, weekly or more often, at hours that suit the building. Tell us the size of the building, how many floors, and which areas are in scope.
What is not included
We do not remove trash or bulk items from the building. No outside windows above the first floor. No carpet shampooing, which for heavy traffic corridors is specialist work with specialist machines.
Offices inside the building are a separate arrangement.
Tell us about the job and we will come back with a price.
